Terms of service

The service

Heedkin gives you a team of AI agents that read the apps you connect, tell you about what needs you and, with your permission, act in those apps for you. It's in an invite-only early stage, so features will change and some things won't work as they should yet.

Your account

You need an invitation to sign in. Keep your email account and passkeys secure, because anyone with access to them can sign in as you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

You must be 18 or over to use Heedkin.

Connected apps

You can connect only accounts you're entitled to use, and you're responsible for following the terms of the services you connect. Heedkin reads them through each service's own sign-in, and you can disconnect at any time.

Actions you allow

Agents ask before they change anything in your apps, and each request shows what will happen. When you allow an action, including by choosing Always allow, it's done on your behalf and you're responsible for it, as if you'd done it yourself. Read requests before you allow them.

Heedkin never moves money or makes payments, and nothing it says is financial, legal or professional advice.

AI can be wrong

The agents use AI models. They can misread an email, miss something important or get a fact wrong. Use your own judgement, and check anything that matters before you rely on it.

Fair use

Don't use Heedkin to:

• break the law or anyone's rights
• send spam or messages people haven't asked for
• get into accounts or data that aren't yours
• probe, overload or get round the limits and security of the service

We may suspend an account that does, and we'll tell you why unless the law stops us.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We use it only to run Heedkin for you, as set out in our privacy policy at heedkin.com/privacy.

Price

Heedkin is free during the invite-only stage. Before we charge for anything, we'll tell you the price and you'll choose whether to pay.

Liability

We provide Heedkin as it is, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by relying on what an agent says, for actions you allowed, or for indirect losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Ending

You can stop using Heedkin and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end the service, or your access to it, with reasonable notice, or straight away if you break these terms.

Changes and law

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and tell you about anything significant before it applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute.
